    Update: The incident has been resolved. Imports are being processed in the order they were received, but may appear in "queued for import" status longer than is usual - if you have any questions, please reach out to [email protected]
  • Time: Sept. 27, 2021, 11:40 a.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: AWS has begun restoring services and so our services are beginning their restoration. We are continuing to evaluate all of our services and restart items as needed. Import jobs will be queued at the moment and we will start processing again soon once we are sure the service is stable. We are evaluating all scheduled export jobs and will replay any jobs that can be re-run.

    Status: Identified
    Update: The Amazon AWS services the platform runs on are experiencing outages at this time that our impacting a number of our services, including authentication. This includes SFTP authentication, which will impact imports, exports and access to the platform. Our team has been actively monitoring this since it started earlier this morning and once Amazon stabilizes, we will begin restoration of services and our Support team will work with clients on any import or export issues.

At this time, import files are running as expected but users may notice a lag in updated data appearing in the front end of the platform, and some import types may appear stuck at 75% (the file has completed importing, but the deletions for the file are pending/have not been completed).
