    Update: Payomi has resolved the issue. If you're still experiencing issues, please try restarting the terminals, update to the latest version of software by clicking the "globe" icon, and then log in and out of Maui. If you continue to experience issues please contact support.
  • Time: Oct. 11, 2024, 11:15 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Payomi is currently experiencing issues processing transactions, and is actively investigating the root cause. Other payment processors are unaffected. When we receive additional information from Payomi about the outage we will update this status page. If you are experiencing issues, please watch for updates here.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The issue has been resolved - there is currently no impact to Maui. We will continue to monitor and ensure the issue doesn't reoccur.
  • Time: Sept. 3, 2024, 6:04 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We have identified the issue - one of our metrics collection services experienced a major slowdown during the impacted times. We bypassed that metric collection service which restored performance of the system. We are actively investigating what caused the slowdown, and ensuring the system will automatically recover if this type of situation occurs again.
  • Time: Sept. 3, 2024, 5:08 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: After a restart of some services, we're seeing all systems restored to normal operations. We are continuing to investigate root cause and monitoring.
  • Time: Sept. 3, 2024, 4:45 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently seeing latency in the Maui application, with particular slowness in Cashier and Inventory. We're investigating the root cause and will continue updating with additional information.

    Update: New terminals are being shipped or existing terminals have been restored for various clients.
  • Time: May 8, 2024, 4:03 a.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Due to continued industry-wide ATM network disruptions on existing processors, we are replacing terminals with new ones linked to a different processor. Expect new terminals to start shipping tomorrow, May 8th. Detailed instructions and a revised agreement will be provided. Term length and rebates will stay the same. We appreciate everyone's patience during this transition.

    Update: Payment terminals are being rolled out gradually. To ensure they remain functional, each terminal is brought online individually, followed by a waiting period to confirm that the payment service is fully restored. We appreciate your patience as we work through this process.

    Update: Portions of the terminal’s are coming back online. This process involves labor intensive engineering and is causing longer than expected restoration times. Rest assured teams are working around the clock to make this happen.
