Description: Customer Experience: A number of our customers reported experiencing slow response times and/or intermittent failures when making requests to the FrankieOne API service. Upon investigating the issues raised, we did see several 3rd party data providers taking longer than normal to respond to queries. No pattern to this could be established and no internal traffic issues were detected. We are working with our cloud host to see if there are reports of other customers having connectivity issues to external services. The issue appears to have stopped around 17:55 and after over an hour of further monitoring, the issue has not been seen since. Start Time: 14:02 AEDT Detected Time: 14:45 AEDT Restored Time: 19:11 AEDT We can confirm that the service is fully recovered and is operating as expected.
