    Update: We have released a fix for this issue. The Gem extension should now correctly show candidate records on LinkedIn Recruiter. If you see any issues, please contact Gem Support.

    Status: Identified
    Update: Our team has identified the root cause of the issue and is working on a fix. The temporary workaround continues to be opening and viewing a candidate's public profile on LinkedIn, as opposed to Recruiter. We will continue to provide further updates as we make progress.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are aware of a problem where the Gem extension is not populating existing candidate records on LinkedIn Recruiter. Our Engineering team is investigating this issue and we will continue providing updates. Opening a candidate's public profile on LinkedIn can be used as a temporary workaround.

    Update: This incident has been resolved. Please contact Gem support if your team is experiencing any issues with the website/extension.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Our engineering team has taken action to correct the issue. Service has been restored. We are continually monitoring the situation for any degraded availability.

    Update: We are aware of a problem where the Gem website, extension, and homepage are not loading. Our Engineering team is currently investigating this issue and will continue to provide updates.

    Update: This incident has been resolved. If you are still consistently receiving email notifications to reconnect SmartRecruiters with Gem after you have already taken this action, please contact our Support team at [email protected].

    Status: Identified
    Update: We have made changes to mitigate this issue and prevent the sending of repeated notification emails. We have also identified the teams impacted by this issue. A member of our Customer Success team will contact you if you are affected to provide next steps.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently aware of an issue impacting some teams that have integrated Gem with SmartRecruiters. Gem Admins are getting notified via email to reconnect Gem with SmartRecruiters, but receive the email again after taking this action. Our Engineering team is investigating this issue and will continue to post updates.

    Update: This incident has been resolved. For impacted teams, all sequences paused by Gem during the debugging process have been resumed and we will continue to monitor for issues.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating an issue that causes sequence emails to be sent multiple times to recipients for some teams on Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). We have proactively paused all sequences for teams using SES in the meantime and will automatically resume them once the issue is resolved.

    Update: We are aware of an intermittent issue with Gem Talent Pipeline for Greenhouse. Some users are experiencing issues hiding stages and usability of filters. Our engineering team has already identified the issue and are working on releasing a fix. Users can utilize these workarounds: 1. Unhide all stages, possibly refresh the page 2. Use 'Consolidated' view and filter by 'Job'
