    Update: Our Engineering team has resolved the following issue: Some user might have experienced issues while deleting SAML configurations. These systems should now be operating normally. If you continue to experience any problems, please open a ticket with our support team.
  • Time: July 23, 2024, 1:57 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Our Engineering team has implemented a fix to resolve the issue with: User may have experienced issues with deleting SAML configurations. The issues has been resolved and deleting SAML configurations should work again. We are monitoring the situation closely and will post an update as soon as the issue is fully resolved.

    Update: Our Engineering team has identified the cause for the following incident: Some users may experience issues deleting SAML configurations. We are actively working on a fix. Once we have additional information, we will share another update.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Our Engineering team has resolved the issue where some customers have not been receiving payment receipts. To mitigate this issue in the future, we recommend customers take the following actions: Check your junk/spam folders. If you find the email there, mark it as "not spam". You can also save HashiCorp's email address, [email protected], to your contacts to prevent future occurrences. Check for third-party filtering. If you use a corporate or business email address, your IT department may be using third-party services that are blocking the message. Your company's IT department or mail provider can confirm this. If so, they may need to specifically allow @cloud.hashicorp.com and @hashicorp.com to prevent future occurrences. These systems should be operating normally. If you continue to experience any problems, please open a ticket with our support team.
  • Time: Aug. 2, 2024, 6:36 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Our Engineering team has implemented a fix to resolve the issue regarding customer reports of not receiving emailed payment receipts. We are monitoring the situation closely and will post an update as soon as the issue is fully resolved.
  • Time: July 22, 2024, 6:56 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We're currently addressing an issue where some customers have not been receiving payment receipts. It appears that certain emails are being filtered as spam by Gmail. We're working on a solution to ensure that all emails are delivered properly. For any immediate assistance with payment receipts, please reach out to our support team.

    Update: HCP Boundary clusters are operational.
  • Time: July 20, 2024, 8:41 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We have identified a solution for the outage and HCP Boundary clusters are being scheduled. We will continue to monitor until we are confident that all clusters are healthy.
  • Time: July 20, 2024, 7:41 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We are working toward a solution regarding an infrastructure issue that is preventing HCP Boundary clusters from being scheduled. We will continue to provide updates at an hourly cadence.

    Update: We are still actively working on the issue causing HCP Boundary clusters to be unavailable & will provide further updates as we make progress.

    Update: We've identified the issue impacting HCP Boundary clusters and are performing tasks to resolve the issue.

    Update: HCP Boundary clusters are failing to schedule. Causing clusters to be inaccessible. We are investigating the issue and will update shortly.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have verified that the fix we have implemented before has caused recovery of all the impacted clusters. Currently, all the impacted clusters should be back up and healthy.
  • Time: July 19, 2024, 3:37 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Our engineering team is investigating an issue with HCP Vault Dedicated with reports of degraded state notifications (email). Users may experience failed operations related to creating, managing, or updating existing clusters, however HCP Vault clusters remain operational. We will share another update as soon as we have more information.

  • Time: July 19, 2024, 4:26 a.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have received another update from Azure provider verifying that all the Azure Storage clusters are recovered with their mitigation. On our side, all the impacted clusters are back up and healthy too.
  • Time: July 19, 2024, 4:07 a.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We have received the latest update from Azure confirming that they have identified the underlying root of the issue on their end and have started implementing mitigation. We have already seen recovery of our affected Azure clusters in the Central US region and by now have verified that all impacted clusters are restored and are back healthy. We have left the incident open until we have formally received final green lights from Azure provider. All the affected clusters are healthy as of now.
  • Time: July 19, 2024, 2:28 a.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We have received the latest update from Azure confirming that they have found the issue and have started incremental mitigation which could be observed in the next 90 minutes. We have also already seen recovery of HCP Vault clusters in Azure Central US affected by this.
  • Time: July 18, 2024, 11:53 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We're continuing to investigate the Azure Central US issue with Microsoft and will provide an update when we have one.
  • Time: July 18, 2024, 11:08 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Our engineering team is investigating an issue with multiple HCP Vault Dedicated clusters in Azure Central US. Azure Service Health shows there is an ongoing incident with Microsoft Virtual Machines in this region. During this time, users with HCP Vault Dedicated clusters in Azure Central US may experience unavailability. We will share another update as soon as we have more information.
