Description: A new SSL certificate has been issued and all new email should be processed as expected. If you are missing emails in your Help Scout mailbox(es) that were sent between April 8, 2023 00:00:00 UTC/GMT and April 10, 2023 05:10:00 UTC/GMT, you may need to manually forward them to your Help Scout mailbox address from your email provider directly.

Description: Performance across the web and mobile apps was degraded from about 12.30AM EDT until 3.00AM EDT. Users experienced slow page loads, timeouts, connection issues and other errors. The issue has been resolved and the app is now running smoothly. We apologise to all our Users for the inconvenience caused during that time and thank you for bearing with us!

Description: This morning around 06:28 EST we experienced some delays with outgoing messages. This has now been resolved as of 07:50 EST, and emails are going out as normal.
