Description: Looks like we’re in the clear! Folder counts, workflows, Beacon performance and other events across the app are back to normal and we don’t expect any further interruptions, so we’re closing this out.

Description: Today we experienced a temporary outage on the Reports section of Help Scout, and duplicate notifications being sent for conversations. These issues have now been resolved and the platform is working as intended. If you are still experiencing issues please reach out to Help Scout support.

Description: From 4:17:20PM and 4:26:10PM UTC (9 minutes), Docs sites were failing to respond. Our team identified and resolved the issue quickly, and Docs sites are now fully operational. Sorry for the troubles as we start the new year!
