Description: **Postmortem Report: BuildPro Performance issues** **Date and Time:** August 28, 2024, 16:38 to 16:58 **Duration:** 20 minutes **Affected Services**: BuildPro – Website, Integration – API, Integration – File based, Integration - XML **Summary:** A network connectivity disruption occurred on a single virtual server host. · The host contains web servers and database cluster nodes. · Affected databases moved to their secondary nodes. · Affected web servers were removed from load balancer. · All sites had servers available on additional hosts. · Some websites were unavailable until databases became available on the secondary node. **Root cause**: Unknown at this time. We will continue to investigate. **Resolution:** All systems successfully failed to alternate locations. No action was required by Hyphen staff. We moved all systems to their primary location during our nightly maintenance window. All systems were verified to be operating correctly.

Description: **Postmortem: Webservers Failing Health Checks in Load Balancer** **Date of Incident:** August 14, 2024 **Duration:** 2 hours **Impact:** BuildPro and SupplyPro sites experienced intermittent login issues **Root Cause:** · Production load balancers removed some webservers from the available pool due to failed health checks. The failures occurred with both production load balancers. **Actions Taken:** * Health check rules were recreated and applied to the affected server pool. All servers passed the check and became available to users. * We a working with the load balancer vendor to identify why the checks failed.
