    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have updated the iOS app with a bug fix related to document time. Some users have been experiencing an issue where they were not able to enter new document time notes in the app. The issue was only happening in iOS and only for some customers. If you were impacted by this issue, please make sure to update your app from the Apple app store. Your phone may have auto-updated already.

  • Time: Aug. 24, 2023, 11:15 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: This incident only pertains to customers using the integration with QuickBooks Desktop. It does NOT apply to QuickBooks Online. This issue was caused by Intuit (QuickBooks), not iHealthHome. We unfortunately are impacted by the issue. QuickBooks has an ongoing issue with their WebConnector and syncing data to all thirty party connections, like iHealthHome. An update needs to be applied to QuickBooks to fix the issue. If the update is not applied, you will not be able to sync invoices with iHealthHome. To fix the sync issue, follow these instructions provided by Intuit. https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/web-integration/fix-error-quickbooks-application-revoked/L6Y849bKg_US_en_US We have updated multiple customers following these instructions and it does fix the issue. If you host your QuickBooks on Right Networks, you will have additional steps to perform.     Status: Resolved
    Update: The CareManager 2Go app has been updated in the Apple and Google app stores. If you do not have auto-update enabled, please update the app to receive the bug fix for daylight savings.
  • Time: March 13, 2023, 9:08 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: All CNS systems have been updated. We are also working on a fix in the CareManager ToGo app. An app update will be needed once it is published.
  • Time: March 13, 2023, 5:55 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified an issue with last weekends shift to day light savings. This issue is impacting our scheduler and document time, if using the in and out times. We will be applying an update the to system shortly. This update will cause the system to slow down for 15-30 seconds when the update is applied. If you encounter a slow down in the next hour or two, please wait a minute and try your request again. We will update this incident once the update has been applied and the issue is resolved.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The sites are all back up and running. We will be investigating why one of the sites took longer to come back that it should have. Any actions needed will be addressed ASAP to prevent this kind of downtime from happening in the future. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
  • Time: June 3, 2022, 10:15 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: CNS is currently unavailable for some customers due to an unplanned server reboots. The site will be back up and running shortly.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: All sites are back up and running. We will provide a post-mortem when once available.

    Status: Identified
    Update: We are still working on fixing the issue with ihealthnav.com. Our other sites have also been impacted by this issue. We are working as fast as we can to correct the issue.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are experiencing an issue with the iHealthnav.com site. We are working on a fix currently to have the site not show an SSL warning.
