    Update: We are aware of an issue that impacted Streams for multiple customers, following the previous performance issue. This issue has now been fixed. If your stream is still empty, it needs to be recreated and it will work again. If it fails despite being recreated please open a new ticket with our Support team.

    Update: Our team has implemented short-term remediation for the degraded performance impacting Jive Cloud US customers. With this in place, performance should begin stabilizing while our team finalizes a permanent fix. We will provide further updates as they become available.
