    Update: The fix was applied successfully, and the SSL certificates that had an expiration date of March 11th were renewed. Thank you for your patience while this was being resolved.

    Status: Identified
    Update: As of 01:00 UTC, we identified an issue with the SSL certificates on the CMS login portals that causes a "connection is not private go back to safety" message, which is due to expired SSL certificates. This issue impacts those customers with certificates that expired on March 11th. We are applying a fix and will provide further updates as they become available.

    Update: We are currently investigating the issue relating to the screenshot tool not working and the missing screenshots and are working to identify the source of the issue reported. We will provide further updates as they become available.

    Update: The Email ingestion issue is intermittently appearing again despite our recovery actions. Our team is now working on a permanent fix. In the meantime, we have temporarily resolved the performance issue and the ingestion should be working fine. We thank you for your patience while we fix the root cause.

    Update: Our infrastructure team was able to perform changes in mails servers and our recent tests have yielded positive results. We no longer see delays in the email digestion service. We kindly ask you to test on your side and let us know if you face any further issues. In the meantime, we remain monitoring. We thank you for your patience.
