Description: Due to an error introduced during a feature release, some users may have experienced issues loading contacts in the SmartCRM during this time. This issue was related to the display of contacts only; no data loss occurred during this time.

Description: kvCORE CRM experienced a large-scale outage beginning at 1:30 PM MT. The issue was discovered internally and was resolved within 12 minutes. While users were able to log in or or even stay logged in from a previous session, many users reported a loss of functionality across the entire platform.

Description: On the morning of 6/21, an unusually large and sudden spike in requests from bots resulted in increased latency for web requests related to templated websites (both the K+ and kvCORE). For about 30 minutes, many websites experienced increased response times. The issue was identified and resolved at 10:40 AM Mountain Time.
