    Update: Those affected V7 users can again access and create Board documents as before. Our apologies for the disruption.
  • Time: Nov. 3, 2022, 4:48 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: A fix has been implemented we are monitoring the results.
  • Time: Nov. 3, 2022, 4:26 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Some users are unable to create new Boards, the Create button fails to generate the new Board document, and/or when attempting to access existing Board documents this fails and the pulsating InVision logo is seen instead.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Collaborator users should be able to comment on Freehand documents at this time without issue. Our sincerest of apologies for the inconvenience!

    Update: Our engineers have deployed a fix and are monitoring this further. V7 Freehand comments should be posting without issue at this time.

    Update: We are currently investigating an issue that causes some V7 Freehand comments to fail with a "Failed to create new comment thread" error messaging for collaborator users.

    Update: A fix has been implemented and the issue where some V7 users are unable to access or create Board documents is now be resolved.

    Update: We are currently investigating an issue where some V7 users are unable to access or create Board documents and instead get a loading screen. The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

    Update: The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

    Update: We experienced a hiccup where V7 users may not have received comment notification emails sent between 9/1/22 and 9/6/22. We have resolved the issue and customers can view all notifications in their Inbox, which can be accessed by clicking the bell icon (https://support.invisionapp.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030866231).
