    Update: ## Postmortem report `On June 3, 10.56 am CDT the JustiFi platform started to experience delayed responses due to ` `heavy load slowing down database access. We also received notifications from customers` `about the delays in API responses.` `At 11.23 am CDT the JustiFi status page was updated to Performance issues due to heavy load.` `The engineering team investigated the problem and started working on multiple improvements.` `At 11.54 am CDT the status page was updated with information about performance` `improvements.` `The team deployed improvements to database queries and increased the processing capacity` `to account for the larger volume.` `At 1.12 pm CDT the status page was updated to monitoring and at 1.13 pm CDT to resolved.` ` Since the incident several more performance optimizations have been made.`
