    Update: We have identified an issue with our profile database cluster leading to a partial outage currently. Customer may have previews now showing or thumbnails not being generated in side the Justuno portal. Customer's website visitors may not see promotions sporadically during this time. It however should not impact the website other than disabling promotions from firing.

    Update: stats for 12/15 are now available and issues in the portal are resolved. Status for 12/16 will be available at 7pm PST today.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: One of our OLAP database nodes is down at the moment which is blocking our ability to process new analytic data from the 15th and 16th. We are working to restore the service and once that is done, we will continue to process all the data from the 15th and 16th to back fill it.

    Update: Identified a degradation that began at 16:35 UTC and affected the IP block of one of our clusters used to serve our promotions. The issue was resolved at 17:22 UTC, no data was lost or compromised.
