Description: Knock experienced a disruption in service yesterday in relation to new requirements that Yardi has on proper timezone settings for tour appointments from Knock. This resulted in a small set of future appointments rescheduling on a loop. Knock can confirm that prospects did not receive notification of these activities and reported events were concentrated to activities on 5/23. The Knock engineering team worked on resolving the problem and, moving forward, any new appointments scheduled will not be automatically rescheduled. Knock is adjusting the current impacted future appointments to their original times. This work will continue to be ongoing over the next few days.
