    Status: Resolved
    Update: LinkedIn has confirmed that the issue with delayed RSC exports is resolved. We’ll continue monitoring for any residual impact in Lever, and send another update to confirm that there have been no recurrences.
  • Time: Aug. 22, 2024, 6:21 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified an issue that is causing delays when exporting candidates from LinkedIn Recruiter, affecting customers that are using the one-click export tool through the RSC integration. LinkedIn's engineering team is actively investigating this behavior. We will keep you updated as we continue monitoring this issue and await further information from LinkedIn.

  • Time: Aug. 14, 2024, 6:51 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: The issue with Mailgun that was affecting using a Lever-created Sub-domain, Lever Mail, and email notifications has been resolved. The incident occurred from “8/14/2024 9:30 AM PDT to 11:45 AM PDT. There should be no further impact at this time, but please reach out to us at Support if any additional assistance is needed: https://help.lever.co/hc/en-us/requests/new
  • Time: Aug. 14, 2024, 5:19 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified an issue with Mailgun, affecting customers using a Lever-created Sub-domain, Lever Mail, and email notifications. We are working to fix this as soon as possible. We became aware of this issue at 9:30 am PDT, and affected users will see emails from Lever Mail fail to send, may not receive email notifications, and customers using SPF/ICS will temporarily be unable to send emails or schedule interviews. We will keep you updated as we continue monitoring this issue and await further information.

  • Time: Aug. 9, 2024, 2:33 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: The issue impacting MS Teams scheduling has been resolved at approximately 3:45 PM PT on August 8, 2024. There should be no further impact at this time, please reach out to our Support team if any additional assistance is needed.
  • Time: Aug. 8, 2024, 11:19 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We’ve identified the issue causing Microsoft Teams interviewers and candidates to receive different meeting links in their invites, and we’re working to implement a fix. Users should now be able to schedule Teams normally however, past interviews must be rescheduled if the invites differ. Additional updates will be provided as soon as a resolution is in place.
  • Time: Aug. 8, 2024, 9:49 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating an issue that is intermittently affecting the scheduling feature, specifically for MS Teams. Users may intermittently experience MS Teams showing different meeting links inks between interviewers and candidates. Our Engineering teams are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible.

  • Time: July 31, 2024, 7:44 p.m.
    Status: Postmortem
    Update: Our teams were alerted to an error impacting users ability to log on to Lever starting at approximately on July 22nd at 5:45 AM PT and ending at 6:15 AM PT.  Our team quickly identified an issue related to an expired certificate for a Lever sub-domain resulting in errors for users when attempting to log in. The team restored the updated certificate and was able to resolve the issue.  In order to mitigate future recurrence of the issue we reviewed the maintenance script updating the certificate and noted in some edge cases the expired certificate was not updated to the updated certificate as expected. Our team adjusted the maintenance script and processes to correct and mitigate this issue from recurring in the future.
  • Time: July 22, 2024, 1:31 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: The issue where users received an error when logging into Lever.co that was affecting customers has been resolved. The incident occurred from 5:45 AM to 6:15 AM. There should be no further impact at this time, but please reach out to us at Support if any additional assistance is needed.
  • Time: July 22, 2024, 1:22 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: A fix has been implemented for the issue causing the log on error. Customers should now be able to log on. We’re currently monitoring to ensure that there are no further issues, and we’ll send a final update to confirm that there have been no recurrences.
  • Time: July 22, 2024, 1:20 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating an issue that is intermittently affecting users ability to access Lever. Users may may not be able to access Lever. Our Engineering teams are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible.

  • Time: July 31, 2024, 6:04 p.m.
    Status: Postmortem
    Update: Our teams were alerted to an outage impacting users ability to access Lever at approximately on July 19 at 9:45 PM PT and ended at 10:30 PM PT.  Our team quickly identified an issue related to an expired domain resulting in users unable to access the site. We were able to re-enable the domain resolving the issue. In order to mitigate future recurrence of the issue we reviewed all our domains/sub-domains to ensure they are set to an auto-renew policy to avoid recurrence of the issue.
  • Time: July 20, 2024, 5:32 a.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: The issue where users were not able to access Lever has been resolved. The incident occurred from 9:45 PM until 10:30 PM PT. There should be no further impact at this time, but please reach out to our Support team should any additional assistance be required.
  • Time: July 20, 2024, 4:55 a.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We are currently investigating an issue that is impacting all users ability to access lever. Issues impacting Lever were noticed around 9:45 PM PT. Our Engineering teams are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible.
