    Update: The slowdown has been resolved and normal performance restored. The Vehicle Checks, Suspected Disconnects, and Vehicle Faults widgets have been temporarily removed from the Fleet Dashboard. The team are working to restore this functionality ASAP for affected customers. We are expecting this to be completed before 13th Sept 2024 and will be confirmed via the What's New Page. Apologies for any inconvenience.

    Update: Our engineering team is investigating reports of slowdown and page timeouts in the Fleet Management portal. We will provide an update as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience.

    Update: The Fleet Management portal performance has returned to normal but data backlogs are continuing to be cleared, which is forecast to complete at around 19:00 BST (18:00 UTC). Some vehicle locations and journeys will be delayed during this time. We are continuing to monitor.
