    Update: We have identified an issue with the TikTok data ingestion process that is impacting our coverage of this channel. TikTok activity for 12/7/2023 and 12/8/2023 is incomplete. Posts may be missing. Recent posts and user metrics may have lower values than expected. We are working towards resolving these issues, recovering missing posts, and ingesting up-to-date metrics for TikTok data. Current ETA for recovery is ~24 hours. This does not impact any of the authorized TikTok data collection, including TikTok Paid Data.

    Update: We have identified an issue with the TikTok data ingestion process that is impacting our coverage of this channel. TikTok activity for 12/7/2023 and 12/8/2023 is incomplete.     Update: We've successfully validated the fix from Meta/Instagram, and our platform has completed the backfill process where possible. Forward feeding for all impacted data points is now functioning smoothly. While we consider the issue fixed, we're diligently pushing through some clean-up scripts and additional workarounds where gaps in data specifically within Stories may still persist where possible. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we navagated this widespread issue from Meta/Instagram.

We've initiated a backfill process to ensure comprehensive data restoration. Conservatively, we anticipate that all data points should be fully restored and available by 12/6 at 9 a.m. We're actively monitoring the progress of this process and will provide timely updates as we observe the restoration unfolding. They've clarified that this impacts Impressions and Reach on Posts, Stories, and Reels across the entire ecosystem. The Meta team is actively working to issue a fix as soon as possible. In the interim, we've implemented a workaround on our end to restore Impressions and Reach history up until 12/1 for both Posts and Stories. As for Reels, Impressions are currently unaffected, but we're in the process of implementing a workaround specifically for Reach. It's important to note that Instagram posts published prior to 11/1 largely remain unaffected by this issue.
