    Update: Twitter/X has restored the public video views metric. It has been flowing into the ListenFirst platform since 9/19 (9/20 was the first full day of coverage). We have backfilled where possible and will continue to monitor this closely going forward.

    Update: Data and Analysis for 8/23 has been confirmed available

    Update: We ran into an issue in our nightly data analytics pipeline. Analysis for August 23rd will temporarily not be available until the issue is resolved. While the platform is behind schedule, there is no data loss is expected.

    Update: After monitoring for some time and making a few additional optimizations, we are confident that the issue discovered was the primary culprit in the endlessly long wait times for Audience reports. We will continue to monitor and look for opportunities to improve the performance, and transparency of the Audience Analysis reports.

    Update: We identified one issue that caused large reports (those with 25-50k max tweets, and/or heavy sampling within time window) to timeout during the audience analysis report generation stage. This was not being properly handled by the application and the user was left waiting for a report that failed to generate. This has been resolved. Audience Analysis report loading times are still not as optimal as we would like, but this fix should greatly improve the situation. We've identified other areas of optimization as well and will continue to streamline this process.
