    Update: Our provider has now confirmed that the minor downtime was a part of their routine maintenance which led to a negative impact on the recording performance. This maintenance has now been completed on their end and users should normally no longer face any further issues to this end. We're actively monitoring the situation to ensure that no further impact is noticeable on the events.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. We'll keep you updated as we get any further information to this end.
