    Update: We're experiencing an issue where certain users cannot log in to the Lender's portal and they get a "You did not complete the billing setup" message. We are currently looking into the issue.

    Status: Postmortem
    Update: LoanNEX has identified and fix the login issue with Google Chrome. Google is slowly rolling out a security vulnerability fix that will deprecate and reject the use of cookies with the "SameSite=None" attribute. As of version 80.0.3987.132, Google expanded the list of users with this feature turned on as a default, which affected some of the LoanNEX users when they tried to log in to the LoanNEX website. LoanNEX removed the "SameSite=None" cookie attribute, and the issue is now resolved.

While not ideal, the Google Chrome online community is reporting that if the customer takes the following steps, they should be able to get back into your websites using Chrome's latest update: STEPS: 1) Un-install Chrome. We suggest deleting browsing data when uninstalling. 2) Re-install Chrome. You can install Chrome from this link https://www.google.com/chrome/ and click on Download Chrome We are hoping that the Chrome Team finds the reason for this error and applies a fix.     Update: Some customers are reporting that they cannot log in to the LoanNEX website with Chrome Version 80.0.3987.132. Error: When trying to login to https://web.loannex.com, the username and password are entered, however, the user is not getting logged in with verified credentials. No error shows in the address bar and there is no pop-up error. The issue appears when user updates or Chrome self-updates to the latest version of the Chrome browser (80.0.3987.132). The issue is only affecting certain users and it is not isolated to LoanNEX. Multiple websites are reporting the same issue to Google. We are currently looking into the issue and monitoring the response from Google Team.
