    Update: This incident has been resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • Time: Sept. 25, 2024, 10:38 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: An issue with AWS services has been identified and caused temporary intermittent issues with Driver Safety service including errors upon login. This problem could be worked around by refreshing a few times after receiving the error. Lytx engineers worked with AWS engineers to restore the dependent service and we are now monitoring the incident. AWS health status can be monitored: https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status

    Update: We appreciate your continued patience as we work on resolving these issues. As a work around, Fleet Tracking clients can login through https://ft.lytx.com/. For all other clients, intermittent login issues will resolve by refreshing.
