    Status: Resolved
    Update: We've confirmed that access to Insights dashboards within Kantata OX has been restored and are going to mark this incident as resolved. An RCA will be provided for this incident within 30 days. We greatly apologize for this disruption even more so at the beginning of the month.

    Update: We've implemented a fix and are seeing Insights dashboards loading successfully. We'll continue to monitor for any issues that arise. We apologize again for the disruption this has caused.

This was the caused by a misconfiguration resulting in the usage of an expired key, and only affected the access to viewing Insights dashboards within Kantata OX.     Update: The fix has been applied and we have confirmed the service has fully reestablished, and all events are now generated without any data loss.

    Update: We have identified an issue with Subscribed Events for a small subset of accounts in which they are not being properly saved into the system. We have a fix in the works and are actively working to reestablishing the service for all our customers. We expect an interruption of Subscribed Event generation for all customers while we deal with the issue at hand. No data loss is expected will be experienced.
