Description: We attributed dedicated resources to the functionalities requiring external services, thus isolating them from the rest of the api core. We believe this will definitely solve this issue.

Requests requiring these services monopilized all the resources and caused a massive shortage of the api core services. We deployed a fix to isolate the faulty external services and are monitoring the situation.
