Description: At 6:30 am EST we started seeing a high error rate for users accessing the dashboard and QR code scans, on further investigation, we found an issue with our caching systems. At 7:30 am EST we were able to resolve all issues and all systems have returned to normal state.

Description: An outage on one of the instances of the data pipeline processing system caused failure in processing 1544 QR code scan events. The fix for the pipeline was done by 6:00 PM UTC. We have identified and fixed the core cause of the incident and have restored the missing 1544 missing scan events.
