    Update: Our infrastructure providers have implemented fixes to resolve email sending delays. We will continue to monitor actively for any issues. Our team is auditing to make sure that emails sent earlier today are transmitted. We apologize for any temporary inconvenience.

    Update: Outbound email sending is now fully online. Sending statistics (opened, clicked, etc.) are still experiencing delays.

    Update: An outage at Amazon Web Services (AWS), a cloud hosting provider, has introduced some degraded performance for sending emails out from Molo and single sign-on. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

    Update: Xero is experiencing an outage that is preventing users from accessing its systems.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.

    Update: The DNS issue affecting Xero has been resolved. Our team will re-send data that was not sent or delayed over the past few hours.
  • Time: July 22, 2021, 4:21 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Akamai, a large cloud infrastructure provider, is experiencing a DNS issue. This is what is causing the Xero issues. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will advise of any updates. Molo and its other components are not currently affected by this outage. Only Xero apps and the Xero API (data flow) are currently affected.
  • Time: July 22, 2021, 4 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Xero is experiencing a DNS issue that is making their web app, mobile app, and API either partially or fully inaccessible. For Molo users this means that you may be unable to log into Xero. It also means that invoice, payment, and other data that normally flows from Molo to Xero in real-time is currently being delayed. Our team is monitoring the situation.
