    Status: Resolved
    Update: Over the holiday weekend a technical issue caused the delay of data transmission from Molo to Xero. This technical issue has been resolved. Invoices, payments, prepayments (deposits), and contacts created or edited during that period have been re-sent to Xero. If you experience any issues or have any questions please use the Question Mark button at the top of Molo or email [email protected].

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We have implemented a fix and early test show that we have resolved this delay. Data from this weekend will begin getting sent throughout the evening of January 18th into January 19th. This post will be updated when we have finished sending past data.

    Update: We have identified the root cause of the delay and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

    Update: A technical issue is causing delays of data sent from Molo to Xero. This started in the evening of Saturday, January 16th. This incident will be updated when we have resolved the issue. Our team is maintaining a log of contacts, invoices, and payments that haven't been transmitted from Molo to Xero and we will take care of getting this data sent when the delay is resolved.

    Update: A technical issue is causing delays of data sent from Molo to Xero. This started in the evening of Saturday, January 16th. This incident will be updated when we have resolved the issue.     Update: A fix has been implemented for this issue. Some of the settings that needed to be loaded by your browser for Molo to work were not loading correctly. Any users still experiencing issues should perform a hard refresh of their browser to load the latest settings for Molo. For Windows Firefox and Chrome Users: Hold CTRL and press the F5 on your keyboard. For Mac Chrome Users: Hold CMD and SHIFT together and press "R"
  • Time: Jan. 8, 2021, 2:03 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Our team is continuing to investigate with the utmost urgency. We apologize for any inconvenience caused for any businesses affected.
  • Time: Jan. 8, 2021, 1:55 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating an isssue where a limited number of marinas can't load certain pages of Molo's web app.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Amazon has resolved their outage and performance is back to normal! Happy Thanksgiving!
  • Time: Nov. 25, 2020, 11:24 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: An outage in the North American region of Amazon Web Services is causing some degraded performance for Xero which is used for accounting by many Molo users. This degraded performance is also causing some performance issues for certain Molo invoicing workflows. Amazon is working diligently to resolve this and we expect a resolution by the end of Nov 25, 2020.
