    Update: The Xero API is experiencing an outage which is causing delays in the ability to create new inventory items, delete allocations, and perform certain invoicing. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We're seeing our web app and all tests of that app performing normally now. All users should be able to get to "http://app.getmolo.com" from their browsers. While Molo was online and functioning, we understand the frustration of not being able to access the web app. This issue was caused by the DNS (Domain Name System) of our hosting and server provider and has been resolved. We apologize for any temporary inconvenience caused for the few users this affected and will continue to monitor our systems closely.

    Update: We're seeing that certain geographical areas that were previously affected can now access Molo but see that some are still having issues. We're continuing to work with our providers and monitor the situation.

    Status: Identified
    Update: Our testing shows that only some physical locations are unable to access "app.getmolo.com". Our latest test shows internet connections routed through Boston, MA and Dallas, TX areas cannot access Molo. Molo continues to be online so components like online payments, credit card processing, and our booking API are still available. We understand your frustration of not being able to access our web app. We continue to working with our hosting and server providers to resolve this.

    Update: Some of our users in certain geographical areas are unable to access https://app.getmolo.com. Molo is online and running, however there is a DNS issue with our hosting providers. DNS or Domain Name System is what tells browsers on the internet how to get connected to the website name "app.getmolo.com". We're working with our hosting providers to get this issue resolved.

    Update: The effect to Molo systems from our infrastructure outage should now be resolved. We did not hear of any outages or issues reported by our users.

    Update: One of US-based server infrastructure providers is reporting an unplanned outage but it has not affected any Molo application availability or uptime so far. Our team is monitoring the situation. Please report any issues to [email protected]
