    Status: Resolved
    Update: Our banking partner has resolved their issue and all users with hard-wired Ingenico Card Readers should now be able to process payments. We are continuing to monitor the situation and apologize for the temporary inconvenience caused.
  • Time: Aug. 18, 2017, 7:33 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Some of our marinas are experiencing difficulties processing payments on their Ingenico Card Readers. If you are seeing a "No Host" message you may be affected by this issue. Our banking partner is experiencing a nationwide outage and they are working to address this issue as quickly as possible. Wireless Ingenico Readers labeled iWL250 should still be able to process payments.
