    Update: Funnel has completely worked through the backlog of emails and we have fully recovered from the Nylas incident.

    Update: Our email vendor Nylas deployed a fix for this issue and we are observing reduced errors. There will still be some delays in retrieving emails as our system works through a large backlog. We will update again when we see a full recovery.

    Update: We have identified an incident that started earlier today with our email vendor, Nylas. They are seeing increased errors in their API. This incident is limited to retrieving emails from their API. The impact on Funnel is delays in processing incoming emails. Nylas has taken steps to mitigate the incident, identified the root cause, and is working on deploying a fix. We will update as we get more information from the Nylas and start to see recovery.

    Update: We are pleased to inform you that the issue causing the disruption in the generation of eviction and criminal reports within our Online Leasing product has been resolved. Our screening vendor, Transunion, has successfully addressed the error. Currently, we are in the process of manually reprocessing all the lease transactions affected by this disruption. We expect this process to be completed shortly. We will send out another update once all those reports have been successfully reprocessed and normal operations have resumed. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

    Update: We regret to inform you that we are currently experiencing an interruption in the generation of eviction and criminal reports within our Online Leasing product. This issue has resulted in all eviction and criminal reports being placed in a pending status for all new lease transactions, including applications, mid-lease changes, renewals, and transfers where screening is required. The root cause of this disruption has been identified as a downtime in the search service provided by our screening vendor, Transunion. In response to this, Transunion has initiated a bridge to address and resolve the issue. Their production and development teams are actively working to restore full functionality. We are in continuous communication with Transunion and will provide timely updates as the situation progresses. We are committed to resolving this issue as quickly as possible to minimize the impact on our services and your operations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. We will keep you updated with all relevant information as it becomes available.
