    Status: Resolved
    Update: The incident is resolved. Netskope had a new format in logs which implemented on October 8th. It resulted in a transient message error for 20% of our servers that applied to users of SWG product at that very moment of deployment. It created logs with a format that was unreadable and unprocessible by our Splunk TA and CE systems. Netskope is moving the pointer forward to enable systems to consume outstanding messages. At this time the incident is now resolved, and Netskope will continue to closely monitor the incident.
