Description: We have confirmed an interruption for one of our cloud providers resulting in intermittent network connectivity issues for various New Relic services. The issue has been resolved.

Description: Between 18:54 UTC on September 26th and 00:14 UTC on September 27th , some customers in the US and EU region using may have experienced intermittent API errors and irregularities rendering the New Relic UI. We resolved this issue and services have returned to normal operations. Data ingest and alert notifications were not impacted.

Description: We identified and resolved an issue with entity metadata which affected the visibility of some infrastructure entities in the New Relic UI. Data ingest and alert notifications were not impacted. After resolving the issue, we initiated a re-indexing process which has completed for the US and EU region restoring visibility of affected entities.
