    Update: We're experiencing an issue with Facebook / Meta Ad Previews not rendering in generated PPT and PDF reports. The result of this is that Facebook Ad Previews generated for dashboards and within the template editor are working, however once those ad previews are generated in either PDF or PPT reports, they appear to be empty in the resulting output file. We're engaged with the Facebook team to work through a resolution to this issue, and will keep you posted here as we advance to resolution.

Any new data files uploaded through the S3 or FTP connectors will now process. Previous files uploaded will need to be re-uploaded or be modified in some way in order to reprocess (timestamp change, as an example). Please reach out to support if you need assistance.
