Our engineering team is working on a fix, and will deploy to production as soon as it's been verified and tested. For any failed data requests, we will reprocess that data once the fix is in place. We have confirmation that the Simpli.fi team is aware of this and working on a resolution. We will update this incident as soon as we have additional information.
