    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: June 30, 2016, 11:20 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Currently we are experiencing a routing issue on a core switch of which we are actively investigating. We understand that this is a critical asset and may affect some services to our clients and appreciate any and all patience while we work to resolve the issue. Respectfully, Opus Interactive

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Side B power back online.
  • Time: May 20, 2016, 6:17 a.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: A PGE power outage resulted in an equipment failure somewhere within the Generator->ATS->UPS->Room PDU chain. This caused side B power to go offline at 8:30PM PST. Equipment without redundant power supplies connected to both sides A and B may be powered down.

  • Time: May 16, 2016, 1:58 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: Heat issue resolved. Affected storage nodes back online. Affected storage volumes are back online. VMs coming back online.
  • Time: May 16, 2016, 12:41 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Backup air handler did not come online to handle issue with primary air handler. It is now online and temperatures are returning to normal. Now bringing equipment back online.
  • Time: May 16, 2016, 12:16 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: High temperature issue in PDX facility, Colo12 suite. Datacenter operator notified, Resolution being worked on. Some equipment powered off due to high temps including storage nodes that have taken down a storage cluster and hence the devices using that cluster. This does also include some email services which can impair communications with the Opus Interactive support team.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: Nov. 19, 2015, 6 a.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating some network issues that are affecting some routes. Thank you for your patience.
