    Update: Engineers have fixed the issue causing monitoring sites to be intermittently removed from eligibility resulting in unexpected log and monitoring sites impacting failover events on Active Failover and Traffic Manager services. If you are continuing to experience issues, please reach out to Support with details.

    Update: The issues causing monitoring probe irregularities has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

    Update: Our engineers are currently investigating issues with the Managed DNS Active Failover service probe monitors causing unexpected failovers. Since as early as June 3rd, 2022 around 18:45 UTC, some Active Failover services are observing an unexpected number of probe monitors and unexpected failover events. Additionally, starting around June 14th, 2022, some customers are seeing unexpected probe locations monitoring their endpoints which are unable to be updated at this time Engineers are investigating this incident with priority. Updates will be provided as available here. Customers with questions are encouraged to reach out to the Dyn Product Support Teams.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: As of 16:55 UTC, the login issues impacting Managed DNS accounts with IP ACL are resolved. Users who made multiple login attempts during the incident and are still experiencing issues may need to contact their Managed DNS Full Administrator to unblock their user due to excessive login failures. Full Administrators or anyone with questions are encouraged to contact Dyn Technical Support.

    Update: We have confirmed that the login failures are limited to accounts with active Web IP ACL. We will provide further updates as available.

    Update: We are continuing to investigate this issue.

    Update: Starting around 06:15 UTC on June 9th, 2022, we are investigating login failures on the Managed DNS portal affecting some customers. Customers impacted will observe a loop back to the login screen after successful entry of password/2FA. We will provide updates here as available. Customers with questions are encouraged to reach out to the Dyn Product Support team.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: As of approximately 16:20 UTC on June 6th, 2022, this incident is resolved. Customer who observe continued performance issues with the Managed DNS API or UI are encouraged to reach out to support with details including logs showing errors and steps to recreate.

    Update: On June 2nd, 2022 from 18:50 UTC to 20:00 UTC, there was an observed increase in API failures related to efforts to restore service stability. The update was rolled back and errors returned to intermittent. Engineers are continuing to work on this issue with priority. Updates will follow as available.

    Update: On June 2nd, 2022, we began investigating intermittent issues affecting the Dyn Managed DNS API and UI. Impacted customers may observe 4XX (HTTP/Conflict) errors on the API and web portal 503s which are successful with retries. Our engineers are actively investigating at this time. Updates will be provided here as available. Customers with questions are encouraged to reach out to the Dyn Support team.

    Update: On June 2nd, 2022 our engineers began investigating connection timeouts within the Sao Paulo, BR (GRU) region for hostnames utilizing the Managed DNS HTTP Redirect service. Customers experiencing issues are encouraged to retry, or use the alternate domain 'dyn-inc.com' as a temporary workaround when emailing your designated support team. Custom Platinum Support addresses are not affected. Customers with questions or concerns are encouraged to reach out to our Product Support Team.
