    Update: The majority of failed or errored backups have been restarted. No new backups have failed or errored. We'll continue to keep this incident open until they are all restarted and the majority completed. The HIPAA4 region backups are now operational.

    Update: We identified an network issue causing a slow down in backup performance in the HIPAA4 region. At 13:30 UTC, we implemented a mitigation which resulted in positive progress. As of 15:00 UTC, we are seeing backups complete successfully. We will restart any failed backups as capacity frees up.
