    Update: We are currently investigating an issue where backups are failing on the EMEA4 region.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Update: After investigating the newly identified objects, we have concluded they are causing no major issues. If you are experiencing any problems with the following objects, please reach out to our the Support team: PendingOrderSummary, ForecastingItemPivot, ActionPlanTemplateItemValue Salesforce Recover: We will continue to work with Salesforce on the known issue regarding the "Object Related Urls" Object. Until then we will keep it excluded from all backups.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Salesforce Recover: The issue is with one problematic field - ParentId in the "Object Related Urls" Object. To bypass the issue it has been excluded from all backups and we are monitoring. Sandbox Seeding/ Accelerate: The "Object Related Urls" Object has been excluded from Seeding and Anonymize. We have identified 3 additional objects with the same issue: PendingOrderSummary, ForecastingItemPivot, ActionPlanTemplateItemValue We will continue to communicate with Salesforce to Identify the root cause and mitigate.
  • Time: Jan. 10, 2024, 9:09 a.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: The discovered issue with Archive for Salesforce due to Spring '24 release is now resolved. We are continuing to monitor the Salesforce Recover and Sandbox Seeding - Sandboxes Data services issues where the "Object Related Urls" object is failing to backup/seed. We are in close contact with Salesforce to remediate these issues.
  • Time: Jan. 8, 2024, 9:35 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Due to the latest Salesforce release - Spring '24, we've discovered two issues so far - 1. Archive for Salesforce - Customers attempting to install or upgrade Archive package on a Sandbox updated to Spring '24 instance will likely fail. 2. Salesforce Recover and Sandbox Seeding - Sandboxes Data services - The "Object Related Urls" object is failing to backup and returning error "Salesforce Error: UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION An unexpected error occurred." We are in close contact with Salesforce to remediate these issues.

    Update: A fix was deployed and verified. This incident is resolved.
  • Time: Jan. 8, 2024, 2:52 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified an issue causing scheduled backup exports to sometimes fail. We are currently testing a hotfix. The temporary workaround for this issue is to click on "edit" for your S3 endpoint and saving it.
