Description: As indicated earlier today, Payrix has received reports of portal users – both partner and merchants - receiving unexpected password reset emails. You and your merchants should disregard the request to reset your password. We believe bad actors used publicly available information to send these requests. At this time, we have no evidence of account compromise and will communicate as appropriate if that were to change. Please know we have put additional security measures in place to help prevent this from recurring.

Description: This morning, the Payrix engineering team observed an issue in a database requiring corrective action. While the correction was performed, there was a period between 12:05 PM and 12:13 PM Eastern where a subset of API calls and transactions received a 500 error/rejection. The issue was resolved at 12:13 PM Eastern and there have been no further issues observed. Our engineering and support teams are monitoring the environment closely and do not anticipate any further issues.
