    Update: There was a flaw in the logic to encrypt PII (controlled by a store level flag in Store Admin). This flag was set for a single store on Monday, which triggered the encryption for all PMC stores. We have deactivated this process specific to PMC encryption while we work on a long term fix, and restored recipient data back to Monday.
