Description: Between Thursday April 13 at 11:47 PM PDT and April 14 at 12:40 PM PDT, some Polly Slack customers experienced multiple result updates on their polls. In the case where the poll was in a channel users would see multiple messages stack up. In the case where the poll was sent via a direct message, users would see their message deleted and re-appear multiple times. This issue has been fixed, and the service is now operating normally.

Description: We investigated an issue with some polly responses not being correctly recorded between 12:15 and 13:31 PM PDT. This affected a minority of our users and services were restored to normal operations. Responses were restored to the service after the incident was resolved.

Description: Between 2:05pm and 2:30pm PDT some users experienced problems sending pollys. This issue is now resolved. If you tried sending a polly during this time and it didn't send, please re-send your polly.
