Description: Between 10:42am and 11:08am PDT sending or responding to pollys through Slack were delayed. The incident is now resolved. No user action is needed to resend or re-respond.

Description: From 4:44pm PDT to 5:09 PDT some Polly responses were not persisted when voting was attempted through Polly for Slack. Voting on polls for open-ended, rank order, and point-allocation were not affected in Polly for Slack. Voting through web links were not impacted at all. The issue has been resolved and the system is operating normally. Please recast your response if you were unable to respond during this time period.

Description: This incident is resolved. Responses are now being recorded in slack for polls and surveys that were created before 11:23 AM PDT. For any polls or surveys that were created between 11:23 AM PDT and 12:01 PM PDT responses were not recorded, and those polls/surveys need to be resent. For polls/surveys created after 12:01 PM PDT responses will be recorded and behaving normally.
