Description: We experienced an elevated level of errors following a deploy. Service may have been interrupted for 10 minutes while the deploy was rolled back. A permanent fix has now been applied, and the latest version of the software has been deployed without issue.

Description: APAC Access Journeys had an outage between 01:52 UTC and 02:19 UTC. An internal issue caused the application to intermittently stop serving traffic. The cause will be investigated further. This has now been resolved and the application is serving traffic again.
