    Update: This behavior has been resolved. Queries for impacted customers have been restored to complete functionality and data should now appear as expected within the QM UI.

    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified an issue with a small subset of our customers related to the queries that populate data in the QM platform. If you see 0 data when using your QM subscription, the queries in your platform are temporarily impacted. Our engineering team is actively working on resolving this issue. Please note, your data is being captured as expected, it is only the platform queries that are unable to retrieve it for display. We will update this message once the issue has been resolved. We apologize for the disruption.

    Update: We have resolved the issue and will continue monitoring our systems. Incident impact: Gap in data collection during the incident timeline and possible alerts firing indicating 0 sessions/conversions as a result.     Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating an issue that is impacting our ability to capture data (analytics and replays) on some QM subscriptions. This could cause some alerts to fire showing 0 data. We will provide updates here until resolution is complete.

    Update: The issue has been resolved and all QM subscriptions are up to date. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Update: Some QM subscriptions are currently experiencing a delay in data processing. Our Cloud Operations engineering team is actively working on resolving the issue. You may notice zero or low sessions for the most recent hour or more. This also can cause alerts to fire indicating zero sessions. The data has been captured, it is just delayed getting into the QM platform. We will update this message once the issue is resolved. We apologize for the disruption.
