    Status: Resolved
    Update: The incident is now resolved. All replays are viewable with their styling intact. If you have any questions or further issues, please contact our Product Support team at [email protected] or via the Help menu within the QM platform. We apologize for the disruption.
  • Time: Feb. 16, 2024, 3:06 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We are currently experiencing an issue with our Resource Loader service which assists with collecting and caching style resources from your site for use in our Replays. Impact: While we are collecting the data associated with the session, there may be some missing styles or images that could result in Replays not matching your site exactly. We will notify you when the issue is resolved.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have completed the restoration of all services in the QM platform. We apologize for the disruption. If you have any questions or further issues, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
  • Time: Feb. 9, 2024, 12:34 a.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have completed restoration of most of the impacted services within the QM platform including Alerts, Scheduled Reports and Segment Builder. The last remaining item to be restored is our V3 Dashboard system. We will update you when access to V3 Dashboards has been restored and the incident is fully resolved. Thank you for your patience.
  • Time: Feb. 8, 2024, 10:23 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: The issue has been identified and work is ongoing for full restoration. The UI is now accessible, however, certain features such as V3 Dashboards, Segment Builder, Alerts and Scheduled Reports continue to be impacted. There is no impact to data collection. We will continue to provide updates as we make progress to full resolution. We apologize for the disruption.
  • Time: Feb. 8, 2024, 8:07 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are continuing to investigate this issue.
  • Time: Feb. 8, 2024, 7:59 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We apologize but at this time, access to the QM platform is unavailable. We are urgently working on restoring the system and will notify you once it is back online. Impact: Access to the online QM platform is not available, however, data collection, processing and alerts are still functioning as expected.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The incident has been resolved and access to the QM platform is stable.
  • Time: Dec. 26, 2023, 8:16 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: A fix has been implemented and we are closely monitoring the issue. You should now be able to access your QM subscription without further issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Update: We are currently experiencing an issue with user login to the QM platform. Our engineering team is actively working on resolving the issue. Impact: User authorization to the QM portal is not possible. Data collection is not impacted. We apologize for the disruption.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have confirmed that issue is resolved and access to the QM UI has been restored (as of 2:22 pm ET). There was no data loss during this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Update: We are currently investigating an issue impacting the ability to login to the QM UI. Our engineering team is urgently working to restore access. There is no known impact to data capture.     Update: Our third party partner has resolved the issue that was causing the inability to load remote resources used in styling replays. The issue is now marked as resolved. We apologize for the disruption.
  • Time: Dec. 13, 2023, 3:24 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: One of our 3rd party service providers is having an outage that is affecting our ability to load remote resources used in replays (such as images and stylesheets). The collection of your replay data is not affected but this issue may result in replays temporarily missing some elements. We have implemented a workaround that should improve the situation for most customers but the issue will not be fully resolved until the 3rd party outage is repaired. Our provider has indicated that they are urgently working on restoration.
  • Time: Dec. 13, 2023, 2:43 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified the issue and are working urgently to resolve it. We will provide another update once the resolution is in place.
  • Time: Dec. 13, 2023, 12:55 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating an issue where some customers are experiencing issues with replays not loading/loading slowly or replays are missing styling. There is no impact to data capture at this time, only the replay capability within the UI. All other UI components are functioning as expected. We will provide an update once we have identified the issue and have a plan for resolution. We apologize for the disruption.
