    Status: Resolved
    Update: On Friday 12/1, some QM subscriptions experienced intermittent data collection issues from 7:50am ET to 9:30am ET. This incident was due to an issue with our load balancers. We have resolved the issue and are conducting a root cause analysis which can be requested by emailing [email protected]. Impact: There was no impact to your website or customers, however, impacted subscriptions will see intermittent gaps in data collection during the incident timeframe. This data is not recoverable. We apologize for the disruption.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The issue causing intermittent login issues has been fully resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you continue to experience any login issues, please reach out to [email protected] for further assistance.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: QM Engineering is aware that some customers experienced an issue logging into the QM Platform and Visible. We have identified and rolled back the user interface release that introduced this issue and are continuing to monitor the situation. If you continue to experience an issue logging in, follow these steps as a temporary workaround: *Go to iam.quantummetric.com *Logout *Log back in We apologize for the disruption. We will update this message once the workaround is no longer needed and the issue is fully resolved.

    Update: The issue that was causing degraded query performance has been resolved by our partner. We apologize for the inconvenience this issue caused.

    Update: We’ve identified an issue with GCP which is impacting our query performance. We’re engaging GCP to resolve this as quickly as possible.

    Update: A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the issue closely. You should be able to access the QM Platform now and all alerts/scheduled reports will resume. We will update this message once the monitoring period is complete.
  • Time: Sept. 1, 2023, 5:35 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: The QM Platform login service is temporarily unavailable. Our engineering team is actively working to restore the service. Impact: -Login to QM Platform -Alerts and Scheduled Reports We will update once the service is restored.
