Description: On Friday 12/1, some QM subscriptions experienced intermittent data collection issues from 7:50am ET to 9:30am ET. This incident was due to an issue with our load balancers. We have resolved the issue and are conducting a root cause analysis which can be requested by emailing [email protected]. Impact: There was no impact to your website or customers, however, impacted subscriptions will see intermittent gaps in data collection during the incident timeframe. This data is not recoverable. We apologize for the disruption.
