    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: July 9, 2018, 2:58 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We have identified the issue and have partially restored system emails from Raven. All emails from this morning, including scheduled reports and link alerts, will be sent as expected by the end of the day.
  • Time: July 9, 2018, 2:05 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We have become aware of an issue with system emails failing to be distributed. This includes report emails, Site Auditor crawl completion notices, link alerts, and invoices. Our team is working with our email providers to understand why this delay is happening and how we can best move forward.

  • Time: Dec. 7, 2017, 5:13 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have completed the API update for Facebook Ads. All connected Ad Accounts should now be able to access this data and attempts to connect new Ad Accounts will succeed going forward. For any questions, feel free to contact our support team.
  • Time: Dec. 7, 2017, 4:01 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We're updating the Facebook Ads API to a newer version, which will bring Facebook Ads data back online.
  • Time: Dec. 7, 2017, 3:24 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We're investigating an issue with Facebook Ads failing to connect or display data in Raven Tools. We'll update here as there are any updates.

  • Time: Nov. 15, 2017, 5:28 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: We've reverted a few backend changes that caused the processes that power Site Performance to grind to a halt. This data is once again accessible through the Site Performance tool for all websites.
  • Time: Nov. 14, 2017, 10:40 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: The Site Performance section is currently failing to display data. Our developers are investigating the issue, but in the meantime you can still view Site Performance data in Dashboards and Reports. Additionally, much of the data provided in Site Performance can also be viewed in Research Central's Compare section.

  • Time: Nov. 9, 2017, 6:26 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: We've made some database changes to better support LinkedIn connections, which has resolved this issue going forward. If your LinkedIn account is currently disconnected, you can reconnect by visiting Social > LinkedIn — if you're already logged into LinkedIn, the reconnection will occur automatically. If you were having trouble connecting your account earlier in the week due to this issue, you can connect your LinkedIn account now.
  • Time: Nov. 7, 2017, 8:57 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Some Raven customers are experiencing issues connecting or reconnecting LinkedIn in their accounts. During this time, you may see your name as "Undefined / Undefined" or see a blank page upon reconnection. Our developers are currently investigating and we will update with any new information as make progress toward resolving this issue.

  • Time: Oct. 17, 2017, 6:48 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: We've repaired the JavaScript preventing PDF exports from occurring in older WYSIWYG Reports. You may need to clear your browser cache, but otherwise PDFs are working as expected for all reports once again.
  • Time: Oct. 17, 2017, 6:25 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: A piece of JavaScript necessary for exporting PDFs isn't operating properly, which is preventing those PDF reports from being exported. This primarily affects previously published reports (including reports that are unpublished and republished), but brand new reports are exporting PDFs correctly. While our developers work to fix this, you can work around this issue by enabling import settings for the report you want to export, creating a new report, and importing your old report into the new one. Publish and click the PDF Export button.   • Time: Oct. 17, 2017, 5:02 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We're aware of an issue with PDFs failing to export from published WYSIWYG Reports. At this time, PDFs cannot be exported by HTML reports can still be published. We'll update this incident report with any updates as they come. Thanks for your patience.
