    Status: Resolved
    Update: All AdWords issues that cropped up yesterday have successfully been resolved, including the Research Central outage. We will continue to make adjustments as necessary, but these tools are functioning properly once again.
  • Time: Oct. 3, 2017, 7:04 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We've deployed a number of fixes for Google AdWords that has brought this data back online, but are still monitoring for any other issues may have arisen from the Google AdWords API deprecation. With the exception of data from Research Central's AdWords section, the majority of AdWords data should be back online. Please direct any further AdWords issues to [email protected].
  • Time: Oct. 3, 2017, 3:43 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Accessing and connecting AdWords data in Raven is currently offline. Google AdWords deprecated the version of their API that we had previously been using to provide data from the AdWords service in Raven. Our developers launched a big update yesterday that addressed many of the changes made to the API by Google, but there are a few outstanding issues that are affecting our users' ability to access data from AdWords in both the PPC tool itself and in Research Central. Our developers are aware of the issue and are working on a patch to get this data back up and running. We will continue to update this message with any changes.

  • Time: Aug. 30, 2017, 4:34 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: Data from Search Console is back to its normal three-day delay, just in time for monthly reporting. Thanks for your patience!
  • Time: Aug. 28, 2017, 4 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Search Console data is catching up, but still a little behind. As of today, we're showing data through August 22 and will continue to update our data as Search Console fills in their backlog.
  • Time: Aug. 25, 2017, 9:27 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Data from Google Search Console, which feeds into Search Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Keyword Rankings, and Keyword Manager, is currently delayed on Google's end. Google's Webmaster Trends Analyst John Mueller has acknowledged the delay on Twitter, noting that it's "a technical issue on [their] side" and "should be catching up soon." We're monitoring the situation and will update this report as soon as there's any new information. Once new data starts to appear in Search Console, we'll process it into Raven Tools automatically.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: July 27, 2017, 2:40 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Our hosting provider is experiencing intermittent network issues. We have put the site into maintenance mode until the service stabilizes.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The GWT data backlog has finished processing.
  • Time: June 1, 2017, 9:06 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We are monitoring an issue with our GWT data retrieval system. Some campaigns may be missing data for some dates. We are currently working to fetch and backfill this data. This process will be complete in the next 24 hours.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Our developers have patched the method we use to connect Facebook accounts in Raven, allowing these accounts to be connected once again.
  • Time: March 29, 2017, 2:45 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Due to changes in the Facebook API, users may not be able to connect their Facebook accounts in the Raven Tools platform at this time. Our developers have been made aware of the issue.
