    Update: This incident has been resolved.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Moz is currently experiencing an API outage, which affects obtaining new data for Research Central's Quality tool and Link Monitoring in Raven. During this time, you may not be able to check links in Link Manager or obtain new Moz data from tools like Competitor Manager and Research Central. We recommend holding off on working with these tools, while Moz investigates and resolves this issue.     Status: Resolved
    Update: Amazon Web Services is back online and Raven has been taken out of maintenance mode. We are continuing to monitor our own systems for any issues that may have cropped up due to the AWS outage, but are optimistic about both the Raven Tools platform and the standalone Site Auditor tool returning to their normal status.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Raven Tools and Site Auditor are currently inaccessible due to widespread outages with Amazon's S3 web-based storage service. Amazon is working on restoring this service which, in turn, will bring both Raven products back online. For more information, keep an eye on Amazon's Web Services Health Dashboard, which will have the most up-to-date information regarding this issue: https://status.aws.amazon.com/ We're monitoring this situation, and are optimistic that Amazon will make quick progress in resolving these outages.

    Update: Slack notifications for our standalone Raven Auditor tool are showing incorrect scores of 100 and 0 pages analyzed. We are working to get a fix out. The information shown in the application is correct.

    Update: We have restored the majority of connections to Google by recovering from a previous backup, as well as put safeguards in place to prevent an incident similar to this from occurring again.     Status: Identified
    Update: We have become aware of an issue with Google Accounts expiring their connections prematurely in Raven. When these accounts turn inactive, that can result in missing data for Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Webmaster Tools, Search Analytics, Keyword Rankings, and YouTube. That includes the data seen in both Raven itself, and it reports. In order to restore these Google Accounts to their normal states, please reconnect your affected accounts: 1. Go into the Manage Google Accounts page. You can access this page by going into Campaign > Google Analytics, then clicking Tool Options, and choosing Manage Google Accounts from the menu. You can also access the page from this link (be sure to substitute your own subdomain, if you've set up a custom subdomain or domain): https://raven-seo-tools.com/tools/z/#google/manage/ 2. Find the first Google Account showing an X in the list, which indicates that it is inactive. 3. Click the gear icon and choose Reconnect. 4. Follow the steps provided by Google, ensuring that you select the above email address each time that you're prompted. 5. Repeat for each other account that shows an X in the Manage page. That will restore access to Google all of your connected Campaigns.
